  • Look up when dribbling

  • use your fingertips - no palms on the ball

  • practice at game speed

  • repetition will get you better

  • stay with the drill—if you make a mistake, recover and continue

Key points:

  • Tag a brother, sister, parent or caregiver and apply your individual skills in group games.

  • Work on ball handling, shooting and finishing at the basket.

  • Be creative! Be competitive! Play hard!

  • Different games include rough house; two dribbles; no dribbles.
